Inspirato Pass

Inspirato launched an innovative travel subscription platform, for which I developed the brand identity, visual style, online presence, and promotional materials. I assisted with the marketing strategy and designed the assets, which included direct mail campaigns, magazine ads, organic social posts, batch email campaigns, display ads, and explainer videos.

To maintain subscriber engagement, we introduced, Passport, a monthly magazine with travel tips, member interviews, and inspiration.

The launch was highly successful, generating $75M in annual recurring revenue within 9 months and receiving extensive media coverage from Travel+Leisure, Lonely Planet, MSN Lifestyle, Robb Report, ABC News, and Good Morning America.

Campaign: The World is Waiting

Inspirato's 2020 Q2 marketing campaign launched amidst the pandemic's onset. The campaign aimed to address the uncertainty and travel restrictions with a message of hope and future possibilities. I used a soft and soothing color palette, paired with hopeful and inspiring imagery to pay off the tagline: "The World is Waiting. Let's Go." 

Concurrent with this, we began our biannual sales promotion, designed to complement the main campaign while injecting additional excitement and energy. I brought over 'Let's Go' from the previous campaign and integrated a brighter color palette and dynamic imagery. The promotion achieved over $20M in revenue within two weeks, marking one of our largest sales events to date.

Bespoke Travel

Inspirato's Bespoke custom travel can bring any trip you can imagine to fruition. A team of travel designers create the perfect trip from start to finish for Inspirato's members. The Bespoke team wanted the brand team to think of a new and innovative way to engage with members and prospects. We brainstormed many creative ideas and ultimately decided on designing a custom deck of cards that could inspire travel to all parts of the world. Each suit highlights a different continent and beautiful cities. I was inspired to make this campaign very dreamy and awe-inspiring with its beautiful imagery.

The deck of cards came in a custom box, with a personalized card, and a custom shipping box to complete the package.
